DNA Learning Center Response to COVID-19

Effective Monday, March 16th, 2020, the DNALC will be closed to the public and no longer holding in-person programs at any location or through school visits.

This is in response to the current pandemic and regional spread of the SARS-CoV2 virus and Coronavirus Disease 2019 (COVID-19).¬†At the time of writing, we have no evidence of staff or visitors with SARS-CoV2 infection.

We will be monitoring the situation closely and will resume in-person field trips, open labs, school visits, and Saturday DNA! sessions as soon as possible. We will maintain future bookings as placeholders should we reopen, and reschedule as needed.

We are now offering an extensive set of virtual activities (DNALC Live) and continue to explore how to best provide support to students and the public so they can enjoy and learn from our expert educators. Follow us on our Facebook page and visit our home page for more information.

DNALC Summer Camps

The DNALC will continue to closely monitor the spread of the SARS-CoV2 virus and Coronavirus Disease 2019 (COVID-19). Since we cannot predict the duration of our closure at this time, we continue to accept registrations for summer camps. To ensure that we reserve places in the camp on a first come, first served basis, payment is still required at the time of registration. If we cannot continue with the summer camp program, all tuition will be refunded. You will receive a credit on your credit card if it has been less than 120 days since payment, otherwise a check will be issued.

If you have questions, please contact us directly at 516-367-5170 or dnalc-camps@cshl.edu.
