DNA Learning Center Response to COVID-19

Due to the pandemic, the DNALC closed to the public beginning Monday, March 16, 2020 and stopped in-person programs at all locations and school visits.

Beginning in January 2021, we started welcoming students back to the Cold Spring Harbor DNALC for camps held weekly on consecutive Saturdays and Wednesdays after school. We are also offering in-person sessions during winter and spring school breaks.

We have implemented recommended safety procedures to protect students and staff. To learn more about the DNA Learning Center’s on-site COVID-19 safety procedures open On-site Procedures for Parents.

We continue to offer an extensive set of virtual activities including Virtual Live and On-Demand Camps, Virtual Demo, Live and On-Demand Field Trips, and 120+ DNALC Live videos as we continue to explore how to best provide support to students and the public so they can enjoy and learn from our expert educators.
